ChromeVox always verbalizes number input as zero |

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable ChromeVox (ctrl-alt-z)
2. Run the following code snippet and navigate to it with the keyboard.
<input type="number" aria-label="number selector" min="0" max="9" step="1">
What is the expected result?
ChromeVox should verbalize the current value of the number input.
What happens instead of that?
ChromeVox always verbalizes "zero, min zero, max zero".

possible.
