Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try logging into a chromebook with a family link account.
2. You get an error saying "Looks like your Google account can't go here."

What is the expected behavior?
That family link accounts can be used on chromebooks.

What went wrong?
Family link accounts are not currently supported.

A chromebook cannot readily be used by a google account owner < 13 years of age.  (Considering that content settings, purchase authorization and web/youtube history are tied to their account.)
