What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to https://logs.chromium.org/v/?s=chromeos%2Fbb%2Fchromiumos.tryserver%2Ffirmware%2F113%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2FBuildPackages%2F0%2Fstdout@@@#

(2) Hung forever


What is the expected result?
A log

What happens instead?
No log displayed

You are requesting an invalid log stream. Try removing the three "@"s from the end of the stream name and the log works:

I'm guessing that you copied and pasted that stream URL from an annotation. Annotations begin and end with sentinel "@@@" markers, so if you're manually handling them, you need to make sure that you remove those sentinels.
