Take care of error codes in WebViewProfileOAuth2TokenServiceIOSProviderImpl

Two things:

1. "GetAuthenticationErrorCategory" needs to be fully implemented.
2. Error should be called if there is no delegate to handle access token fetching in "GetAccessToken".
