Although we don't have above listed devices ,tried on similar devices like

I'm probably the right person, but I need a reproduction case, or more information.

Ok, after getting access to the bug reports, this is definitely not due to my changes. Assigning to twellington who wrote the Android version.

clank-te@ folks on the thread - based on #1, it looks like we tried a bunch of devices and haven't been able to reproduce? It looks like all of the reports are from tablets, is that correct? A repro would be the best way to gain traction on this.

hongchichang@ - here are some questions that could help with reproducing:
1) Repro steps. Are they trying to access these surfaces through the app menu?
2) Are users experiencing this consistently (100% repro)?
3) Are they able to view any of downloads, history, or bookmarks (which surfaces are affected)?
4) Are they signed in? (maybe there's a sync change affecting these pages)

In 62, huayinz@ made some visual updates to history/bookmarks/downloads, which shouldn't have an impact on items being loaded. Other than that, I can't think of any recent changes to these surfaces.

Tried on S6 Edge / N but couldn't repro the issue. Bookmarks and history loads fine.

Adding to C#1, Yes we tried on the mentioned devices but unfortunately couldn't reproduce. Bookmarks and History looks good. 

Also tried on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus(SM-G928G) / NRD90M but not reproducible. 

Without a repro, this is un-actionable.

Are we still seeing user reports for M63/64?
