Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Made a call 2. See a notification of Youtube about an exciting clip/open music player 3. Touch on the Youtube notification to watch it and listen the voice inside it/play a song. What is the expected behavior? Audio should comes up. What went wrong? Audio is not coming. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.1.1 Flash Version: 12474 0 00000005 00000003 pid 12474 [com.android.chrome] chrome application is using stream 0 session. if input source using main mic was started when stream 0 is alive, phone set soundpath to voip path. so, music sound can be heard via voip handset.

This issue is sometime and observed in N950F(Note device). We are not able to reproduce it at our end so not sure about the actual scenario if chrome active or not. But as per the logs we identified stream 0 session is used by chrome which seem to be the reason for this problem.

It's possible but we are pausing media playback is audio focus is rejected and I just tested on my phone running Android 8 and it doesn't exactly behave like OP described. The YT video simply does not play instead of playing muted. It's possible that some devices allows allow audio focus but mute the stream. OP, can you reproduce this on Android 8? Which device did you reproduce this on? dalecurtis@, where you able to reproduce the issue?
