Chrome Version : 62.0.3202.75
OS Version: ArchLinux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click the tooltip button on the right top coner.
What is the expected result?
show the tooltip menu
What happens instead of that?
chromium crashed.
I try that, clear the config and reinstall chromium.but the problem is still there.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

there is nothing in chrome://crashes. i just open chromium,click the menu botton on the right top coner,three dot button which hover it whill show "costumize and control Chromium". then chromium is crash. the terminal show the flow error. Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3062.75 chromium using Ubuntu 14.04 with steps mentioned below. Attaching screencast for reference. 1.Launched chromium from terminal using chromium-browser. 2.Clicked on 3 dot menu and observed menu opened with no crash. This might be specific to Archlinux. Could soemone from Inhouse team take a look into this as ET team doesn't have Archlinux system.

Currently Arch Linux is not available with inhouse team as well, rerouting to MTV team for more updates on this issue. Thanks!
