Non-Regression:Unnecessary glimpse of notification icons are seen before Settings overlay get closed at ubertray

Chrome Version: 64.0.3255.0/10090.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Take any sample screenshot->At notifications,click on 'Settings' icon
(2)Now click 'Close settings'icon and observe(Please refer video)

Actual:While clicking on 'Close settings',unnecessary glimpse of notification icons are seen before Settings get closed
Expected:Instead,it should get closed immediately without any glimpse of notification icons 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-64

Note: Issue is not seen In Windows,Linux OS
