Caused by scrollTopLeftInterop. The site is using outdated scripts (for example, SmoothScroll.js) that fail to detect scroll position in new Chrome that implements spec-compliant behavior via document.scrollingElement, not document.body as previously. See issue 766788 and https://dev.opera.com/articles/fixing-the-scrolltop-bug/

Update jquery viewport checker you are using an old version that is not compatible against Chrome 61 and later. See this change: https://github.com/dirkgroenen/jQuery-viewport-checker/commit/a7f37760bcf503be3171df9bf17739840c0eacf5 |
