Pseudo-element support requires reintroducing Element.pseudo(..).

Issue description

Pseudo-element support requires reintroducing Element.pseudo(..).

https://github.com/w3c/css-houdini-drafts/issues/350#issuecomment-294690156

when replaced Window.getComputedStyleMap() with element.computedStyleMap(), old pseudo elements layout test was deleted.

so we should restore or remake pesudo-elements test when reintroducing Element.pseudo(..).
