Clean up UX for payment handlers on Android

See attachment of current impl. We need to add some visual hierarchy and find ways to convey the URL of the Handler and the defaultInstrument line, which is optional (in this case, test@bobpay.xyz).

Joel, there's one more subtle thing we could use a bit of UX polish on: displaying custom prices for payment methods. See how we do it in the attachment. Again, same style, no visual hierarchy. Would welcome any thoughts.
