I often have issues reviewing patches on smaller screens (laptop) due to horizontal space.

Specifically, during the "show diffs" view where all views are displayed, the following message seems to use unnecessary horizontal space:
"Owners: Assigned reviewers already OWN all files in this patch!"

Would it make sense to put that message somewhere else?
