What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Turn on Voiceover
(2) Open a dialog with an "OK" or "Cancel" option
(3) Move keyboard focus to the Cancel button using Tab
(4) Press Enter while focused on the Cancel button

What is the expected result?
Pressing Enter on the Cancel button should properly cancel.

What happens instead?
In some cases when using Voiceover, it presses a different option instead of the button pressed.


Example can be done with window.prompt(...).
