Better report broken printer configurations |

Issue descriptionIf a user has the misfortune of setting up a printer that doesn't work, it's currently difficult to determine what may have gone wrong. We generally report a generic error message so it's hard to determine if: a) the hostname is wrong b) the print driver is wrong c) the printer is unsupported d) the user should tweak the configuration or give up Printers are frustrating. But hopefully not for users.
