WebRTC doesn't work on certain models of Android (while Mozilla works correctly)

Issue descriptionExample URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open on desktop Chrome: https://callme.ilfiron.com/testDesktop.html 2. open on mobile Chrome: https://callme.ilfiron.com/testMobile.html (only after step 1 !) What is the expected behavior? If you use standard browsers then video communication should start with videos of both sides. What went wrong? But on this mobile: HUAWEI P9 Model EVA - L19 EVA-L19C185B385 EMUI version 5.0 Android 7.0 Chrome 61.0.3163.98 FCC ID QISEVA - L19 IC 6369A- EVAL19 it doesn't start, users can only see videos of themselves. On Mozilla FF mobile everything works. I've also observed the same on some other mobiles, but can't recall their names right now. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Tested the issue in Android and could observe inconsistent behavior. Steps Followed: 1. Navigated to https://callme.ilfiron.com/testDesktop.html in Desktop Chrome 2. Launched Mobile Browser 3. Navigated to https://callme.ilfiron.com/testMobile.html Observations: 1. Sometimes video is coming and going in both desktop and Mobile 2. Sometimes video is getting froze 3. Sometimes is video is not at all coming. Chrome versions tested: 61.0.3163.98, OS Android 7.0.0 Android Devices 7.0.0; SM-J710F Build/NRD90M Requesting MTV team to check the issue on HUAWEI P9 device as mentioned device was not available with Hyd team Thanks!!

This looks similar to issue716070 and issue777896 and M62 should have the fix. M62 has been rolled out to Stable now. Please try again.
