What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build ->In OOBE Screen, click on Accessibily and enable Chromevox
(2)Keep on tabbing and observe
Actual: Shutdown name in the bottom ;eft corner is getting selected unwantedly
Expected: No such selection should be seen.
This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-56
NOTE: 1. Issue is not seen in Windows and Linux
2. Issue is seen in M-58 also.
