Regression: Weird behaviour of focus is seen after pressing tab in Dev Tools

Version: 64.0.3255.0 fc2679dfa73c1dc102d86832ef049359f433c314-refs/heads/master@{#513029} 32/64 bits
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open dev tools
2. Click on ‘Customise and control DevTools’ icon > Settings > Preferences
3. Press Tab and observe the focus on checkbox 

Actual: Weird behaviour of focus is seen after pressing tab (Focus is chopped and traces are seen)
Expected: Focus should be seen properly

This is an Regression issue broken in M-64 and will soon update other info :

You are probably looking for a change made after 511471 (known good), but no later than 511472 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
