Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to the above URL, login with valid credentials.
2.On password bubble, bring focus on username text box, press right arrow key and edit username
3.Now again press focus until focus reaches username text box and observe (Kindly refer attached screen-cast for clear picture).

Actual Result: Edited username is not seen when focus reaches username text box.
Expected Result: Edited username should be seen when focus reaches username text box.

This is Non-regression issue broken in ‘M-63’ and and seen from #63.0.3238.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Win and Linux OS.
