[macOS] [secondary-ui-md] PageInfoBubble is not aligned

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) enable chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md
(2) visit any page
(3) click on the PageInfoIcon

What is the expected result?
An aligned PageInfoBubble.

What happens instead?
It is not aligned.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is a known issue mentioned in r510779
