Regression: Misalignment of blue dot is seen after clicking on any flag in chrome://flags

Version: 64.0.3255.0 fc2679dfa73c1dc102d86832ef049359f433c314-refs/heads/master@{#513029} 32/64 bits
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://flags
2. Click on any flag (enable/disable) button and observe

Actual: Misalignment of blue dot is seen after clicking on any flag
Expected: Alignment of blue dot should be seen properly

This is an Regression issue broken in M-64 and will soon update other info :

You are probably looking for a change made after 512493 (known good), but no later than 512494 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

The alignment of the dot outside the left edge is a design decision to make it easier to spot flags which have been switched on.
