Regression:Flickering of content is seen on scrolling the page.

Chrome Version: 64.0.3255.0 (Official Build)Revision fc2679dfa73c1dc102d86832ef049359f433c314-refs/heads/master@{#513029} (64 bit)
OS:Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Freshly launch chrome and search for any text on google search.
(2)Now scroll the page and observe.

Actual: Flickering of content is seen on scrolling the page.

Expected: No such flickering of content should be seen on scrolling the page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M64' and will soon update other info.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Rechecked again on 64.0.3255.0 (Official Build)and above issue is not consistent,Hence closing the bug.
