Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open google chrome 2. issue starts while using 3. minimise browser and it disappears What is the expected behavior? There is a static noise from monitor like a constant buzz sound. What went wrong? annoying, buzz sound exists. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This issue has occurred with many people. Did you resolve this? The first link is about static noise which is a term for graphics. You are referring to audio static noise right? Sounds like you have an unshielded cable for your audio.
