static noise from monitor (acer x34) when on G-Chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open google chrome
2. issue starts while using
3. minimise browser and it disappears

What is the expected behavior?
There is a static noise from monitor like a constant buzz sound. 

What went wrong?
annoying, buzz sound exists. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

I have tried the above forum solutions but doesn't work as they had different hardware (Mac monitors)
 
discard the 2nd url. that is different issue.

Did you resolve this? The first link is about static noise which is a term for graphics. You are referring to audio static noise right?

Sounds like you have an unshielded cable for your audio.
