Is this with any PDF or a particular PDF? If it's for a particular PDF, can you attach it to the bug? If it contains private information, and you are comfortable sharing it privately, feel free to share with me via Google Drive or email.

Thank you. Yes, it is but unfortunately it has private information on it.
I'm pretty sure that it's the same bug. I tried with grayscale and
different settings but it always had a blank rectangle at top left. The
rectangle was about 1/10 of the size of the document.
Yes, I'm sorry, having the PDF would really make things better.

re: comment 3 - Your answer of "Yes, it is" doesn't make it clear if this is with any PDF or a particular PDF.

Since the PDF(s) have private information, that does make it harder to diagnose the problem, so here are more questions. For the Xerox 6027, can you look up the version number for the printer driver? Can you try printing to a different printer model, and see if this issue occur with other printers too?

Comment 6 by anel...@ucera.org, Nov 2 2017

Both are easy. I just updated the firmware and printer driver:
Firmware: 02.00.02.30.3836
Driver: 6027_WindowsDrivers_20160815.exe

Windows 10.
@ thestig: Could you please take a look at the issue as the reporter has provided firmware and driver details

RE: comment 7, to determine if this may be the same as the other bug we need to know if:
1) This happens only with a particular PDF or with all PDFs, and
2) If it occurs on multiple printers - if there isn't another physical printer available, a virtual printer like XPS Document Writer will also work for testing.
So we are still waiting on feedback on those two questions that were asked in comment 5.

Since comment 9 case in by email, if there was an attached document, it didn't make it to this issue tracker.

In any case, is this still an issue? We think this may be the same issue as bug 777837 , which has been fixed.
@Reporter: Could you please respond to comment #12?

Thanks!!
