I wonder if we still want this as the savings calculated on the client is not necessarily accurate for client-side previews. We do record network bytes in UKM which can be compared against control group for same site to potentially determine more accurate effective savings.

I think this should be possible for a lot of page load types, but I don't have the bandwidth to work on it. Marking as available.
