  3.Swipe down to Today’s View- Quick Actions , tap on “New Search” 
 

Observed results:
Incognito tab appears for a few secs when user navigates from “New Search” in Today’s View- Quick Actions 

Expected results:
Incognito tab should not appear when user navigates from “New Search” in Today’s View- Quick Actions
