I was hoping to start writing a design doc soon for the Telemetry refactor that would be needed. Next week while at Ann Arbor I should be able to work on this with Ned.

Discussed this with Ned last week while on ARB; I've just created  issue 784319  to start on one of the main components needed for this to work with Telemetry.

A couple of questions:

1. pasko/lizeb, could you point me to the custom app and scripts you have for testing CCT scenarios? Hopefully we could use the same app for Telemetry.

2. All, any idea on how to create PWA home screen shortcuts programmatically? I've discovered that when clearing the Chrome profile these also stop working as intended. So we'll need to be able to create/destroy the shortcuts from within Telemetry itself.
