Chrome Version: 64.0.3255.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have three windows open, two of them are snappable and one of them is unsnappable
(2) Snap two snappable windows to left/right
(3) Tap on the overview button to enter overview mode
(4) Tap the unsnappable window item 

What is the expected result?
Splitview mode should be ended. The  unsnappable window should be activated.

What happens instead?
Chrome crashed
