1. go to http://research.nvidia.com/sites/default/files/publications/representative_image_512x256.png on ios chrome
2. long press the image
3. no image saving ui will pop up.

long press on the image, the image saving ui will pop up.

choose open this image in a new tab,

long press the image again, no ui will pop up. unable to save the image.
