Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable 62.0.3202.75 and on the latest canary 64.0.3254.0 using Windows 10, Ububtu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Opened chrome 2. Navigated to http://jsfiddle.net/kengineer/q1qc0sza/ We observed no scroll bar. Attaching the screen cast of the same. @Reporter: Could you please try the same by creating a new profile. Any further inputs from your end helps us in triaging the issue in a better way. Thanks!

Might be caused by zoom setting in Windows OS like 125%.

I did have my zoom setting set to 125%. When I changed it to 100% the scrollbar went away. I'll need to validate that this is the problem in all environments we have experienced this in. Assuming the zoom setting is the issue, the question now is, is this considered a bug in chrome as it used to work with a zoom setting of 125% prior to the latest release?
