Issue descriptionThe TODO at https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/third_party/WebKit/Source/core/workers/WorkerGlobalScope.cpp?rcl=426f9c09d093131662c732691d42c2d81a30c3e9&l=348 notes that we're not doing correct ancestor checks when checking the secure contextness of Worker and SharedWorker global scopes. We should fix that.
