Issue description
Chrome Version : 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested: N/A
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Secure Shell 0.8.38 app on Chrome on CentOS 7
(2) Open app and check JavaScript console
What is the expected result?
Shell prompt
What happens instead?
Filesystem initialization error (see JS console errors in attached screenshot)
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This is Chrome on the Cinnamon desktop environment on RHEL 7 being run from a Google Cloud instance. I am not running out of disk space.

As per C#1, could you please provide your observation after retrying the scenario by upgrading to latest version using below link https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel
