Regression : 'Custom name servers' values are seen missing in chrome://settings

Chrome Version: 64.0.3253.0/10082.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Candy,Reks and Kip
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://settings page -> At 'Network' section click on Wi-Fi -> select Connected Wi-Fi network
(2)Click on 'Network' -> At 'Name servers'  select 'Customer name servers' 
 and observe for values (Please refer video and screenshot)

Expected: At 'Name servers' on selecting 'Customer name servers' values should be seen
Actual: Instead  'Customer name servers' values are seen missing

This is Regression issue as same is working fine 64.0.3249.43/10066.0.0 dev-channel Reks

Summary: Regression : 'Custom name servers' values are seen missing in chrome://settings (was: Regression : 'Customer name servers' values are seen missing in chrome://settings)
This is WAI. Since we are no longer using the same fields for automatic/google/custom, we are no longer pre-populating the custom nameserver fields with the google ones.
