Unable to redirect to bookmarked site for the first time

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Open Google Chrome-> Bookmark 2 or 3 URLs -> Open any webpage -> Open one of the bookmarked URL -> Observe What is the expected behavior? Bookmarked URL should be opened. What went wrong? Bookmarked URL is not getting opened and it continues to show existing webpag. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.73 Channel: n/a OS Version: N OS Flash Version: Device : SC-04J Chrome version: 62.0.3202.73 OS Version: 7.1

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue Steps Followed: 1. Launched Browser 2. Navigated to 3, 4 sites and bookmarked 3. Navigated to some other site 4. Opened a Bookmarked URL from the same tab 5. Able to navigate to bookmarked URl Chrome versions tested: 62.0.3202.73 OS Android 7.0.0 Android Devices 7.0.0; SM-J710F Build/NRD90M Could not provide the behavior on SC-04J as device is not available with us. @ruchi.k: Are you able to reproduce the issue in any other mobile than SC-04J?
