Tested the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #64.0.3251.0 and latest canary #64.0.3254.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened link https://abarta.github.io/vue2-multi-uploader/demo/
2. Opened dev tools
3. Uploaded 5 images
4. Changed network throttle to slow 3g
