Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open our website "https://tejovat.com/".
2. We can't scroll using mouse wheel.
3. We can scroll using arrow keys and scrollbar.

What is the expected behavior?
We should be able to scroll up and down using mouse wheel. Because scrolling was working fine before some days. Suddenly this problem occurs.

What went wrong?
We can't scroll using mouse wheel.

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

This problem occurs in chrome only, website (https://tejovat.com/) is working fine in other browsers. Please provide me solution to this problem ASAP.
