DOM Parser inspecting disconnect Chrome Dev Tools

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Dev Tools
2. Execute the following javascript

parser = new DOMParser();
htmlDoc = parser.parseFromString('<p>Hello</p>', "text/html");
console.dir(htmlDoc)

3. Inspect by unfolding htmlDoc variable
4. Inspect by unfolding all (HTMLALLCollection) array property
5. Page Crash , Chrome Dev Tools are disconnected

What is the expected behavior?
HTMLALLCollection Unfold without page crashing and Chrome Dev Tools Disconnecting 

What went wrong?
Unfolding HTMLALLCollection crash HTML Page and Chrome Dev Tools Disconnect

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 61

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Works on the current version of Chrome Canary

Duplicate of  issue 759913  fixed in 63.0.3215.0

@hablich, is it possible to merge fix to stable?
63 will be promoted to stable soon anyway. I don't think a merge to 62 is needed.
