Regression : Dino image is not seen in print preview.

Issue description

Version: 64.0.3253.3 (32/64-bit)d5f4ba12a6c29b1b49da50663e51d7d6d2dad88e-refs/branch-heads/3253@{#5}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://dino and press 'Space bar' key to start the game.
2. Now press 'Ctrl + P' to open print preview and checked check background graphics checkbox from more settings,observe

Actual: Dino image is not seen in print preview
Expected: Dino image should be seen in print preview

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:61.0.3154.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 61.0.3154.0 (Revision: 485486).
Bad build: 61.0.3155.0 (Revision: 485784).

You are probably looking for a change made after 485575 (known good), but no lat
er than 485576 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

The canvas image is not fitting / scaling on the page so that's why you don't see the dino. It depends on the window size you are printing. 

If you switched to landscape paper printing or a smaller window then you should see the full scale of the image. Printer features would also allow scaling the page to fit.
