What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open up logs from https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos_release/builders/samus-chrome-pre-flight-branch%20release-R62-9901.B/builds/244 at https://logs.chromium.org/v/?s=chromeos%2Fbb%2Fchromeos_release%2Fsamus-chrome-pre-flight-branch_release-R62-9901.B%2F244%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2FAFDODataGenerate%2F0%2Fstdout
(2) Wait a few minutes.

What is the expected result?
Logs should show up.

What happens instead?
'Loading streams' is shown at the bottom for a while. 
Eventually it adds (Has the build crashed?).
No actual logs are visible. 

I can see some of the logs from the legacy log viewing method at https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos_release/builders/samus-chrome-pre-flight-branch%20release-R62-9901.B/builds/244/steps/steps/logs/stdio but it specifies that the bulk of the logs are only visible in log dog.
