What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) The first time I open chrome, a youtube video page displays correctly, and then every time after that, and on other tabs, youtube videos will not display or format correctly. I can watch the videos, but the title and description and comments for the video are not displayed and are inaccessible.
(2) Each video or tab after the first doesn't finish loading, and needs to be refreshed once before the video loads and is able to be watched.

What is the expected result?
The video should appear formatted on the page along with the description, title, comments, recommended videos, etc.


What happens instead?
Only the video loads; unformatted.
