Issue description(10/30's updated version) version 60.0.3112.114 (officail build) unknown (64 bit) Platform 9592.91.0(official build) dev-channel clapper test Firmware Google_clapper.5216.199.7 REPRO STEPS: 1.Switch to any keyboard 2.Then switch to Arabic or Hebrew Transliteration keyboard Actual: Arabic or Hebrew RTL Transliteration keyboard not works Refers to attached video Note: 1.If switch from non-keyboard to Arabic or Hebrew Transliteration keyboard, this issue not repro 2.Switch to Arabic or Hebrew keyboard , this issue not repro

wait long time, still not works, but if switch to other non-xkb keyboard, eg. pinyin keyboard, switch back to Hebrew transliteration keyboard, will work at once ;

Check it again, if in xkb keyboard, taping with gesture input , then switch to Hebrew or Arabic transliteration keyboard , this issue still repro, still can not input again;

Check it in 11/3 updated special version; In XKB keyboard, if only input by gesture sliding, then switch to Hebrew or Arabic transliteration keyboard, this issue not repro Only in xkb keyboard, tap any key then with gesture input ,this issue repro , and all physical keyboard also not works;
