Pressing enter key will remember last line input character for Hindi keyboard in rich input text

Platform 9592.91.0（official build) dev-channel clapper test 
Firmware Google_clapper.5216.199.7


REPRO STEPS:
1.Go to mytextarea.com or gmail compose rich input text window
2.Switch to Hindi keyboard
3.Tap any key ,press Enter key with keyboard
4.Tap any key again

Actual:
Will remember last line input tapping word

Note:
Not repro if input with physical keyboard

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
There are two keyboards for Hindi:

- Devanagari keyboard (Phonetic)
- Transliteration

The video doesn't not show the keyboard name clearly, I found that the bug only affect the former.
