Chrome providing incorrect display page.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type google.co.in in chrome
2. Point the mouse to Google apps tap and click.
3. Select the News icon

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should direct to the page
https://news.google.com/news/?ned=in&gl=IN&hl=en-IN

What went wrong?
Instead, its directing to
https://news.google.com/news/headlines?hl=en

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using reported version #61.0.3163.100, latest chrome Stable #62.0.3202.75 & latest Canary #64.0.3253.2

Followed below steps:
1)Opened google chrome ->Navigated to 'google.co.in'
2)Pointed the mouse to Google apps and clicked -> Selected  News icon
3)Chrome redirected to the page
'https://news.google.com/news/?ned=in&gl=IN&hl=en-IN Select the News icon'

gopald8111@ Could you please find the attachment.Please recheck this issue by upgrading to latest Stable Version #62.0.3202.75.
Please update the thread if issue still persists

Tested the issue on windows 10  using chrome M63 #63.0.3239.84 and canary M65 #65.0.3288.0 and issue is not reproduced.

As there is no update from user for long time , closing this issue. Please feel free to  raise a new issue if any issues in latest chrome channels.
