Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 62.0.3202.75, latest stable 64.0.3260.0 and latest Canary 64.0.3260.0 using windows 10

As webex requires host room ID, tried the scenario by sharing screen on hangouts by following below steps:
1. Download and run mtgdi.exe file
2. When Multithread window opens click on Thread>>25 New lines
3. Login Hangouts extension
4. Share your screen for atleast 30s
5. It did not freeze at the receiver end

Please find the attached screen-cast and let us know if we have missed any steps in the process of reproducing the issue
