[Android] Entering fullscreen shows many blank frames during transition |

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a page that uses requestFullscreen to enter fullscreen 2. Trigger the requestFullscreen behavior in Android Chrome What is the expected behavior? There should not be any blank frames between the regular state and the fullscreen state What went wrong? There are blank frames shown between the regular state and the fullscreen state Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

I believe this happens on every page using requestFullscreen. I can specifically repro this on https://davidwalsh.name/demo/fullscreen.php using Chrome 62.0.3202.73 on Android 6.0.1.

Tested the issue using #61.0.3163.98 on Android 6.0.1; SM-G920I Build/MMB29K and could not observe such behavior. Steps Followed: 1. Launched Browser 2. Navigated to https://davidwalsh.name/demo/fullscreen.php 3. Tapped on Launch Fullscreen 4. Tapped on Hide Fullscreen 5. No blank frames observed between the regular state and the fullscreen state @newmuis: Could you please help us with the sample screencast and the device your'e facing? Thanks!!
