Sort the failed slaves on the CommitQueueCompletionStage

In a CQ failed with self-destruction, some slaves failed and some slaves were canceled by the master self-destruction. Sort the logging of the failed slaves on the CommitQueueCompletionStage so that the slaves failed with real problems can be listed on the top of the stage logging page.
