Mojo Linux Perf bot used to be green but started to fail today:

I took a look at the bot failure and it started from build 3110:

And further bisect shows that the tests started failing from this commit:

And before that tests ran fine.

To reproduce the issue, build a Release version chromium, and run:
tools/perf/run_benchmark --browser=release loading.desktop.network_service

It can be reproduced using the following one test:
