Strange pinned tabs crawled in and can't remove

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. 
2. Open Chrome browser
Open new tab
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
My usual most used pages

What went wrong?
Showing unused and unknown webpages

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

Tested this issue on Win-7 & Win-10 using chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100,latest stable #62.0.3202.75,canary #64.0.3253.1 and unable to reproduce the issue.

alshaven@: Could you please recheck the issue in a new profile without any extensions and also upgrade your browser to latest version.Also please check in chrome://settings/onStartup page, 'Open the New Tab page' is checked or not.

Tested the issue on windows 10 , ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using chrome M63 #63.0.3239.84 and canary M65 #65.0.3288.0 and issue is not reproduced.

As there is no update from user for long time , closing this issue. Please feel free to  raise a new issue if any issues in latest chrome channels.
