UrlRequest.followRedirect should provide an option to add headers

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
UrlRequest.followRedirect has no option to provide new parameters to add to the redirect.

What is the expected behavior?
UrlRequest.followRedirect should have an option to provide new parameters to add to the redirect.

What went wrong?

It would be nice, but not critical as app can cancel redirect and create a new request with additional headers.
