List of printers in Change > Select_a_destination popup does not update unless I cancel both the popup, and the dialog. Same for if I change the WiFi network.

To reproduce:
1) Add manually one printer
2) Open Print dialog(ctrl+p) and click Change. Observe the printer is in Local Destinations
3) Go back to settings and add another printer
4) Go to the same Print dialog and try printing to the new printer

You have to get back all the way to the page and trigger another Print dialog to see the second printer in Local destinations.


A side effect of this is added through setup nearby printers working correctly on one Wifi SSID, stay in the list when switched to different WiFi. Thus selecting it in 'Select a destination' result in 'Error setting up printer' red error in the same popup.
