Able to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version 62.0.3202.75 and on the latest canary 64.0.3254.0 using Mac 10.12.6 and windows 10. The issue is not seen on Ubuntu 14.04.

What exactly is the bug? We've tried to reproduce this on a variety of hardware and OS versions, with several different versions of Chrome (and checked the site on non-Chrome browsers). The site always looks and behaves identically (and seems fine). Can we get screenshots of the failing behavior?

Tested this on Mac OS 10.12.6, the latest canary(64.0.3268.0) and this seems to be happening inconsistently. Sometime there is lag when hovering on the tables. Attached is the screen-cast of the same.

I'm skeptical that Skia changes are able to trigger that kind of slowdown. How confident are we in the results of the bisect?
